Terms & Conditions

[Placeholder terms — to be reviewed before launch.] Submitting a design through the backdrop builder is a request, not a confirmed booking. No payment is collected on this website.

A 25% deposit is required to reserve a date once Eva Pop confirms availability and finalizes your design. Pricing shown in the builder is an estimate and may be adjusted after venue and setup details are reviewed.

Delivery and setup are calculated from our Beaumont, CA studio. The first 10 miles are complimentary; additional miles are $4 each.
